I Am Kabaadiwala is not trying to be a national app on day one. It is a neighbourhood pickup desk with a public rate card. Kolkata is the first city because the kabaadiwala is already part of how this city breathes — newspapers on the balcony, brass bartan, the summer AC that finally died.
The website is built so the next city is a data file, not a rebuild: rates, paras, greeting, and language live in one city config. Live cities today: Kolkata.
