Are these the final rates? / এগুলোই কি শেষ দর?
These are our published household rates. You are paid on actual digital weight. Dirty, mixed or very small lots may be quoted lower; clean segregated scrap can match this list.
এগুলো আমাদের ঘর-থেকে-পিকআপের দর। পেমেন্ট হয় ডিজিটাল ওজন অনুযায়ী। ময়লা বা মিশ্র মালে দর কমতে পারে, পরিষ্কার আলাদা করা মালে এই লিস্টই ধরা হয়।
Is there a minimum quantity? / কতটা মাল থাকলে আসবেন?
We usually pick up from about 10 kg, or any single large appliance. Smaller lots can be combined with a neighbour — tell us on chat.
সাধারণত ১০ কেজি বা একটি বড় যন্ত্র (ফ্রিজ/এসি) হলেই আসি। কম হলে প্রতিবেশীর সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে রাখুন, চ্যাটে জানাবেন।
How do I get paid? / টাকা কীভাবে পাব?
Cash or UPI, before we leave. No app wallet, no waiting for a refund.
নগদ বা UPI — উঠে যাওয়ার আগেই। অ্যাপ ওয়ালেট বা পরে টাকা, কিছু নয়।
Do I need to download an app? / অ্যাপ নামাতে হবে?
No. WhatsApp is the booking desk. Tap the green button, send a photo of your scrap, done.
